Belly of The Beast Cuba.- Several U.S. organizations have launched a campaign named ‘’Medical Aid for Cuba’’ to raise funds for hospitals in Cuba, which has been ravaged by shortages amid an economic crisis brought about in part by an intensification of U.S. sanctions. Last February they shipped $200.000 worth of medical supplies and half a million painkillers to the island.
